3⁄4 cup grated low-fat cheese
1 green pepper, diced – optional
4 flour tortillas
- Preheat oven to 400° F (205° C).
- Combine first 3 ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- Lay 2 tortillas on a Sheet Pan lined with a Sheet Pan Liner.
- Divide mixture between tortillas, spreading to within 1⁄2" of edge.
- Top each with another tortilla. Bake for approximately 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
- Cut into wedges, and serve with prepared Sriracha Aioli.
